Your listing must be a legitimate business within the London, Richmond Borough. Your listing will not be automatically added but will be marked as pending until our team verifies your business matches our criteria. Once it has been accepted (normally within 24 hours) your listing will be published and you will be notified.
You must be authorised to market and advertise your company’s details such as branding and other promotional offers. Creating a listing allows the ‘East Sheen and Mortlake’ website (trading as Digital Success Heroes) to use your data to promote, market and advertise publicly on East Sheen and Mortlake’s website platform.
Your name and personal data will not be shown or shared with any 3rd party.
By authorising your listing you allow us from time to time to contact you via email or phone to discuss your listing.
We may cancel or terminate your listing at any time should it not be in keeping with our local ethos and company values.
You will abide by and adhere to our guidelines set out in each package listing such as number of characters and picture sizes.
No payments or deposits will be requested for a Free listing. You may upgrade at anytime.
Economy, Premium and Ultimate listings are charged on a monthly basis on the same date as first purchase using the secure Stripe Payments processor. Your Credit or Debit card information is requested and held securely by the Stripe platform; confirmation of your payment will come from Stripe directly. The website does not hold your financial data. You are able to manage your listing including payments, cancellations via the Stripe platform.
Economy, Premium and Ultimate listings are on a rolling monthly term with a minimum of 3 months subscription. Should you wish to cancel, we reserve the right to collect the remaining months in full. This collection may be by phone, email invoice and or post.
After the first 3 months initial subscription period ends you can pause and or cancel your listing by logging into your account and going to ‘Manage Subscription’.
If you choose to pay on a yearly subscription this will provide you with significant savings and will cover a 12 months term only.
