SwimWay's Summer Term Priority & General Bookings!

Priority Bookings – midday 12th February 2025
Before the general bookings open, we offer all current clients first priority to book a new time/day on a first come, first served basis. Current clients are those who have booked and paid for a Term-Time or Holiday course this term.

All availability and booking instructions will be posted on our website under each venue page (select the venue you are interested in). Only requests from current clients will be accepted. Any requests from the general database will need to be resubmitted when the general bookings open at midday tomorrow.

All current clients who have subscribed to our communications will also receive an email announcing the opening of the priority bookings for existing clients. However, we strongly recommend you do not wait for the emails as they are usually delayed.⠀

Once you have viewed the availability, contact us using our booking form with your request. If you are requesting spaces at multiple pools, please ensure you list them in the "further information" box. You are also welcome to email us directly, but please ensure you include all the necessary information required to make a booking. Additionally, please send your email to each venue address you are requesting to book at.

General Bookings – midday 13th February 2025
Any remaining spaces will then become available to book for existing and prospective clients. Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis via email only from middy 13th February 2025.
